Drs. Curtis, Gardner, and Tang have been providing comprehensive care for the entire family in the Wake Forest and North Raleigh area for a combined total of over 30 years. We have decided to venture out on our own and form an independent, private practice. We believe this move will allow us to care for you and your family in a more individualized way.   Our goal is to offer community oriented, quality, convenient, and personalized care.
